The meaning of the acknowledge bit and error bit data word in the data from the
HNC100 is described in more detail in the online help of WIN-PED® in the Chapter
“Bus manager“ under “Acknowledge and error bits”.
It is important to adhere to the order listed above when configuring the
communication on the Profibus master. Data to be sent from the HNC100 must
be defined first (input words on the PLC), then the data that are to be sent to the
HNC100 (output words of the PLC).
To generate this hardware configuration you have to read in the GSD file of the
HNC100 to the programming system of the PLC. You can download the GSD file
