WIN-PED® 7 contains the “Parameter monitor” for the selection of the windows to be
opened in Diagnosis and Measurement. Here, you can select, which inputs/outputs
or parameters you whish to have displayed for diagnostic and monitoring purposes.
To open the Parameter monitor, select menu item “Windows“ → “Administrate
parameters“. The following dialog opens.

In this dialog window, you can select the windows to be displayed and control them
using the icons in the icon bar. The individual functions for opening and closing are
explained in the context menu.
The state of the digital outputs is shown in the window “S1 Parameters”. To open
this window, click on “Diagnosis” → “Slot card 1“ → “S1 Parameters”. In the window
that opens, the status of outputs is displayed under “Digital signals S1“ (WIN-PED®
7) or “S1“ (WIN-PED® 6).
Active operating mode. The displayed number corresponds to the number described
in Chapter 9.2 “Operating modes“ on page 84.
The state of digital inputs is shown in window S1. This window can be activated
from the main window of diagnosis in the field “Digital inputs” via the button “Slot
card 1“.
Error code of the HNC100. The error codes are listed in Table 31 on page 108.
The value “0” means “no error”.
Current position command value. The position command value depends on the
operating mode and on the cycle step, in which the HNC100 currently is.
Current actual value of the cylinder position.
