Remote switch for laser mode
The Laser TIRF imaging system can be equipped optionally with the remote switch for laser mode which
has to be connected between the Slider Laser TIRF and the distribution box for laser safety using a Y-
cable.
Laser operation mode is activated on the remote control switch by means of the laser control button
(Fig. 6-4/

The Slider Laser TIRF is equipped with identical

LEDs which also display the
status of the laser operation mode and the interlock connections.

Independently of the remote switch for laser mode, the laser operation mode can also be
activated / deactivated on the button ring of the microscope or using the software.
