Configuration Overview of the Laser TIRF Imaging System
The following points should be noted when configuring a laser TIRF imaging system.
•
At least one option must be selected from each group (1 - 10). The components in frames are
mandatory for each equipment.
A corresponding number of laser lines can be selected for the capacity of a laser module. A suitable
beam combiner should be selected for each laser line (e.g. a 405 nm beam combiner should always be
selected for the 405 nm wavelength).
•
Suitable laser safety components must be selected for all illumination and documentation interfaces of
the microscope (see chart below).
