Connect the 25-pin sub-D connector (Fig. 6-7/

the jack for Laser TIRF on the rear of the microscope stand (Fig. 6-7/

Connect the sub-D connector plugs to the four 15-pin sub-D ports on the distribution box (Fig. 6-7/

The red incubators for wavelengths > 561 nm provide no protection, meaning that users must
undertake laser protection measures themselves.
