CAUTION
Never leave the device unattended when it is switched on!
If a patient or an object is exposed to the light source for a longer period of
time, this could cause burns or fire damage. Excessive radiation exposure
times may lead to retinal injury in the patient’s eye.
•
Never leave a device unattended when its light source is switched on.
NOTE
Restricted functions due to malfunctioning motor electronics!
If the motor electronics malfunction, major functions such as XY movement,
focus, zoom, and light control may be negatively affected.
•
Activate manual mode (see Page 131).
•
Move the microscope manually into the required position.
•
Set the magnification on the manual zoom adjustment knob.
•
Use an OR illuminator.
•
Contact ZEISS Service.
