OPMI Lumera i What to do in the event of malfunctions
Failure of a main function (XY, fcs, zom, light)
In the event that one of the major functions fails (XY movement, focus, zoom,
light control), leading to the impairment of further functions, you can switch
to the manual mode to complete a surgical procedure that has already been
started.
• Press the button (1) to switch to manual mode.
Working in manual mode
In manual mode, the light source is set to a medium intensity and X-Y coupling,
focus drive and zoom system are switched off.
• Manually move the microscope in the X and Y directions for positioning.
• Manually move the microscope up and down for focusing.
• Use the knob (2) to adjust the zoom value (magnification).
