Associated with the Molecular Density map is a Scale
bar that shows the color code of
Molecule Density
in Molecules /
µ
m
2
according to the
HR
channel
assigned look up table (LUT) (Fig. 668).
Please note that molecular density applies for a
plane only. Hence, for a 3D stack, a map for
each slice is available. There is no density
mapping in z-direction.
The available functionalities will alter with the
Display Mode
chosen (Fig. 669, Fig. 670, Fig. 671
and Fig. 673). Only the
Pixel Resolution [nm/pixel]
slider and the
Display Raw Image
are available for
each
Display Mode
.
For all
Display Modes
displaying a centroid or cross
(
Centroid
,
Gauss + Centroid
,
Cross
,
Gauss +
Cross
) the
Display Mode Color
drop down menu is
available (Fig. 670, Fig. 671), from which the color of
the overlay (centroid or cross) can be selected
(Fig. 672).
For all
Display Modes
displaying a Gauss rendered
peak / object (
Gauss
,
Gauss + Centroid
,
Gauss +
Cross
) the
Expansion factor [x PSF]
slider is
available (Fig. 669, Fig. 671). The number set with the
slider or by using the input spin boxes will be
multiplied with the PSF (localization precision error),
so the rendered peaks / objects become smaller for
numbers < 1 and bigger for numbers > 1.
