In order that a filter is applied to the data set, the corresponding box has to be checked. Checking the
box leads immediately to a re-calculation of the data set and all tables, plots and SMLM images (
HR
channels) will be updated automatically (Fig. 661).

settings will be applied to images acquired during
Online Processing

SMLM-Filter
settings will be independently applied for each slice of the
Z Slice
.
Please be aware that the last filter settings during one imaging session will be kept for the next
image (acquired or loaded from daved data). If these do not fit, an empty image could be the case.
When experiencing images with too few or no localizations You are advised to check the filter
settings first.
