• When the T.O.R.S. is activated, the warning light

and self-diagnosis warning indicator

flash and the two-digit code “84” 6 will flash in
the odometer/tripmeter/engine speed meter LCD.
• The T.O.R.S. monitors the condition of the throt-
tle position sensor, speedometer unit, and speed
sensor, and will operate if any of the monitored
items is disconnected or malfunctioning.

ENGINE STOP SWITCH
1. Disconnect:
• Engine stop switch coupler
2. Connect:
• Pocket tester
(to the engine stop switch coupler)
3. Check:
• Engine stop switch continuity

Replace the right handlebar switch.
