16. Remove the replacement card from its packaging and insert it into the empty slot. Push the

card down firmly to make sure that it is properly seated. Secure the card with the screw
removed in step 14.

17. Replace the cover.

18. Push the controller into the rack.

19. Reinstall the screws that secure the controller to the rack.

20. Connect the cable to the interface card.

21. Reconnect the power cords to the controller power supplies.
