support
(13)

To activate the cup warmer, press the
button.
When the bottom of the button turns red, the cup
warmer is on.
To change the temperature of the cup warmer, see para. 7.2.4 on
page 64.
Avoid contact with the steam nozzles, do not place your hands or
other body parts near the steam nozzle tips.
To optimally froth the milk, follow these simple rules:
•
only heat the amount of milk that you intend to use;
once heated, milk must be completely poured out of
the pot and cannot be reheated;
•
the autosteamer guarantees a correspondence of ±
3°C between the milk set and real temperature, only
if the milk temperature is initially at 4°C;
•
since the steam stops dispensing when the set milk
temperature is reached, in order to prevent the milk
froth from spilling out, only fill the pot half way;
•
use a suitably-sized container for the amount of milk
that requires frothing.

Dispensing cappuccinos
•
Put the suction tube in the milk;
•
place the pot under the spout of the
cappuccino maker;
•
open the steam valve, when the
desired amount has been ob-
tained, close the steam valve;
•
pour frothed milk into the cups
with the coffee.
To produce hot non-frothed milk, lift the cappuccino maker flap
upwards.
For better results, we suggest that you do not dispense directly
into the coffee cup, but into a jug or pot, and then pour the frothed
milk on top the coffee.
Be sure the cappuccino maker is kept clean as recommended in
chapter 8.7.2 on page 73 .
