Problems in

Solution

Ensure your XV6600 is turned on.

Ensure that you do not have any other active

connections. Tap

→

Today

, and then tap

at the bottom of the screen and then

Disconnect.

Ensure the cable is securely plugged into the COM

port on the back of your PC. Use the cable that
came with the XV6600 without any extra cables or
extenders attached.

Plug the other end of the cable securely into the

correct port on your XV6600. If you are using a
cradle, push your XV6600 securely into the cradle.
