(2)  Carry out an inspection of the spun rear case (Figure 94) for the following conditions. 

(a)  Bosses on spun rear case (item 2). 

i. 

Check that the bosses are securely mounted to the rear case. 

(b)  Lamp core mounting holes (item 3 and item 4). 

i. 

Check that the lamp core mounting holes display no signs of elongation or wear. 

(c)  Rear spun case lap joint (item 5). 

i. 

Check for corrosion around the joint. 

(3)  Install the lamp assembly in accordance with Chapter 5, H.
