Reverse frequencies. This command allows calls to an
originate-only modem. It reverses the modem's
originate/answer frequencies, forcing the modem to dial out
at the answer frequency.
DL
Dial the last-dialed number. The modem stores each Dial
command until it receives the next Dial command. Use DL instead
of A/, described on the next page, if you wish to send the modem
non-Dial commands before dialing again.

Command Mode Local echo. Overrides DIP Switch 4 until power
on/reset.

Command mode echo disabled. The modem does not
display keyboard commands.

Online local echo. Modem displays a copy of the data it is
transmitting to another system.

Online echo ON. Sometimes called
half duplex
. As the
modem transmits data to a remote system, it also sends a
copy of the data to the screen.

Inquiry. Displays information on the terminal screen.

Display results of ROM checksum. Factory testing only.

Display results of RAM test. The modem tests its RAM and
returns either the OK (0) or ERROR (4) result code, followed
by OK when the test is completed. This can be used as a
checkpoint if the modem appears to be malfunctioning.

Display call duration if set to K0 or real time if set to K1 (See
Kn, Modem Clock).
