Disable MNPX Detection Pattern

The MNPX detection pattern expedites connections under MNP10
when connecting with other modems that support MNPX.
However, the MNPX detection pattern can cause problems when
dialing to MNP10 modems without MNPX—they connect, but
without MNP10. Disable the MNPX detection pattern if you
experience this problem when dialing to modems without MNPX.
In answer mode, the MNPX detection pattern should always be
enabled.
