Equipment Damage
Some internal components can be damaged by small
amounts of static electricity. A properly grounded antistatic wrist strap
must be worn while handling any internal component.

1.
Turn the instrument OFF, unplug the power cord, and remove the
cover.
2.
Unplug the solenoid electrical connector from the measurement
interface board.
3.
Remove the Teflon® lines from the solenoid.
4.
Remove both screws holding the solenoid to the rear panel, and remove
the solenoid.
5.
Install the solenoid by following the previous steps in reverse.
6.
Perform a leak test as described in the “
Preventive Maintenance
”
chapter.
The analog outputs should be tested if the concentration value on the front
panel display disagrees with the analog outputs. To check the analog
outputs, connect a meter to an analog output channel (voltage or current)
and compare the meter reading with the output value set on the Test
Analog Outputs screen.
Equipment Required:
Multimeter
Use the following procedure to test the analog outputs.
1.
Connect a meter to the channel to be tested.

From the Main Menu, choose Diagnostics >
Test Analog Outputs
.
The Test Analog Outputs screen appears.
3.
Press
to scroll to the desired channel corresponding to the rear
panel terminal pins where the meter is connected, and press
