9.2 Programing the electronic program guide
Your receiver is able to receive a data channel with
additional SFI data. This enables an SFI preview to be displayed for up to one week in
advance.
>
Call up the
main menu
using the
menu
key.
>
The
Settings
line can be highlighted by using the
up/down arrow keys
.

Acknowledge by pressing the
OK
key.
The
Settings
sub-menu will be displayed.

The
program guide
line can be highlighted by using the
up/down arrow keys

Acknowledge by pressing the
OK
key.
The
Programme guide
menu will be displayed.

Use the
up/down arrow keys
to move the marker within the menu and to alter the
individual positions as described previously.
9.2.1 Update
>
A data channel can be received by highlighting the
Update
line and then setting it by
pressing
OK
.
>
Set
Update to
off, if you do not want to receive additional data or cannot because
of your location.
9.2.2 Update time
>
Set the time in the
Update time
line using the
numerical keypad
at which you
want the automatic SFI data download to occur.
9.2.3 SFI channel
>
Press the
OK
key to call the
SFI channel
sub-menu.
9.2.4 Select TV channel
You can have a better overview by programing the SFI electronic program guide, so that it
only contains your favourite programms.
Please note:
The more programs that are included in the electronic program guide, the longer the SFI
data download will take! The download duration will also be extended, if channels are selec-
ted for SFI that do not broadcast any SFI data. Furthermore, the maximum preview time of 7
days will not be realised, if the number of programs in the electronic program guide conti-
nues to increase.

to confirm.
The TV channel main favourites list will be displayed.

Press the
red
control key to display the selection window.
You can now select the program type list that you want. You can also select from the
various favourites lists. Refer to Sections 6.4.1 and 9.1.2.

Use the
up/down arrow keys
to select the program list type that you want (e.g.
favourites lists).
