8.3.1.2 Child lock
Recordings that are unsuitable for children and youngsters can be blocked. These recordings
can only be replayed after the 4-digit unit PIN-code has been entered. It must be switched
on as described in Section 9.3 so that the child lock is activated.

The highlighted recording can be blocked by pressing the
green
control key.
The child lock symbol will indicate that the selected recording has been blocked.
8.3.1.3 Editing
>
Press the
yellow Edit
control key to jump to the menu for editing the highlighted
hard disk recordings.
This is displayed in a preview window(1). The existing marks (2) for this recording will
also be displayed.
The standard
Start
and
End
marks are always present. Furthermore, a yellow pro-
gress bar (3) will also be displayed, which shows the current replay position and the
overall recording time.

You can jump to a marked position in the recording by highlighting the mark using the
up/down arrow keys
and then press
OK
to confirm.
Switching to any position in the recording

any specific position in the recording.
