Operating Instructions
Charging the PC094
The SPYDERCRANE PC094 can be charged from a normal 120V outlet with some
conditions:
•
The outlet MUST be capable of accepting a 3 - Prong extension cord
•
The outlet must be properly grounded and include a fuse/circuit breaker
rated for NO LESS than 15A
•
The extension cord used to connect the SPYDERCRANE PC094 to the outlet
MUST be in good condition and of the following types:
•
NO less than 16AWG (commonly referred to as “ gauge ”)
•
IF 16AWG, the cord can be no longer than 25 feet
•
IF 14AWG, the cord can be no longer than 50 feet
•
IF 10AWG, the cord can be no longer than 100 feet
Plug the compatible extension cord into the outlet and plug the other end into the
PC094, at the Battery Charge Port. When the PC094 is plugged into the outlet, the
Charger Status Panel should light up to indicate the charging status of the PC094 ’ s
battery array.
The PC094 may be used while it is plugged in and charging.
