Determining Lift Capacity of the PC094
Using the Boom Angle Indicator
Below are some examples of PC094 ’ s with different boom angles and boom stages, which re-
sult in different working radii.
When the boom is in Stage 1 and lowered to Boom Angle

(negative 10 degrees), the working radius is - .5
(negative .5 feet) as the Hook Center is in between the front
wheels and the base of the boom. When the boom is extend-
ed to Stage 4, the working radius increases to 12 feet. When
the boom is left at Stage 4 and raised to Boom Angle 40

, the
working radius falls to 9 feet.
When the PC094 is at Stage 4; Boom Angle - 10
°
, the working radius is 12 feet (12).
When the PC094 is at Stage 1; Boom Angle - 10
°
, the
working radius is negative half - a - foot ( - .5).
At Stage 4 and the boom raised to Boom Angle 40

, the
working radius is 9 feet.
