GENERAL INFORMATION
The External Features of the PC094
Right

Side (Travel Mode)

Tiller Handle
The part of the Tiller that the operator handles while
traveling the PC094. The Tiller can be rotated and locked
into the Travel setting or Crane Mode setting.

Tiller
The control arm that is connected to the Steering Wheel of
the PC094. Turning the Tiller will turn the Steering Wheel.

Winch Gear Box
The housing for the winch gear assembly which turns the
Wire Rope Drum of the PC094 which ultimately raises and
lowers the hook block of the PC094.

Lift Point (right

side)
One of the two steel rings welded to the boom of the
PC094, at its horizontal center

gravity. Properly rigged,
the PC094 can be lifted by another lifting system at the Lift
Points.

Boom Tip
The terminal end of the PC094
’
s boom. The Boom Tip
contains the Boom Tip Sheave Assembly, which includes
the Boom Tip Sheave and Sheave Pin.

Lift Cylinder
The hydraulic cylinder which changes the angle of the
boom, when commanded through the Boom Angle Control
Lever.

Tie

Back/Rear Tie

Down Point (right

side)
One of two tie

back/tie

down points for the rear of the
PC094. When fitted with a properly

rated shackle, this
point can be used to secure the PC094 to the ground, or
another structure.

Right Stabilizer Release Lever
Located on the top of the stabilizer, the Stabilizer Release
Lever is used to unlock the stabilizer so that it can be
rotated into its extended position.

Right Drive Wheel
One of two hydraulically
-
actuated drive wheels that can
propel the PC094 forwards and backwards (traveling).
