Preventative Maintenance
Introduction
Proper lubrication and maintenance are essential to ensure long life and good working conditions
for the PC094. The parts to be checked and greased as well as the fluid levels to be maintained are
described below.
Operating time depends on the duty cycle, environmental and operating conditions (humidity,
temperature, salty air, conditions of the ground, etc.) where the crane is working.
Maintenance intervals described below refer to standard working conditions; therefore, the crane
operator should increase frequency if such conditions require it.
Breaking in the PC094
1.
During the first 10 hours of use, frequently check all bolts, nuts and miscellaneous
fasteners for security.
2.
After the first 10 hours of use, check the torque of the nuts on the front drive wheels
and the rear idle wheels.
3.
During the first 20 hours of use, check all fittings in the hydraulic system and tighten
as needed.
4.
After the first 100 hours, replace the hydraulic oil filter located behind the rear panel.
