Operating Instructions
The Operating Modes of the PC094
Both the traveling and lifting performance of the SPYDERCRANE PC094 are greatly effected
by its Operating Mode. When the PC094 is configured for traveling WITHOUT a load it is
configured to Travel Mode
Travel Mode
Travel Mode is the Operating Mode that the PC094 Operator uses when they need to
simply move the PC094 from one location to another, without an attached load.
In Travel Mode, the SPYDERCRANE PC094 ’ s hook block and boom are both stored.
The boom is in stored condition when it has been fully retracted and lowered to its
lowest boom angle.
The hook block is in its stored condition when it has attached to its Storage Shackle
and WINCHED UP tight. When the hook block is properly stored, the A2B Safety is
ENGAGED.
In Travel Mode, the SPYDERCRANE PC094 is capable of being traveled at its
maximum travel speed.
