SPYDERCRANE Product Warranty
SPYDERCRANE mini

cranes shall not be covered by any other warranty, expressed or implied,
made by SPYDERCRANE or distributors of this product, except this warranty against defects in
material and workmanship of new products, as hereinafter set forth.
The warranty period on all SPYDERCRANE mini
-
cranes in 12 months or 1,500 hours from the
original date of purchase, lease or rental and is available only to the original purchaser of the
product. This warranty is offered to cover defects in material, manufacturing and workmanship that
may occur under normal operating conditions when the product is serviced properly as specified by
the routine maintenance schedule. SPYDERCRANE

s sole obligation during this warranty period
shall be to repair or replace, at its designated facility, only the parts that, after the inspection by
SPYDERCRANE have been determined defective material or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover any part or equipment that has been altered from its original state
unless authorized in writing by Furukawa UNIC and SPYDERCRANE. Any parts or equipment that
are subject of abuse, or where a defect arises following the operation beyond rated capacity or the
improper use or application of the product are not covered by this warranty. Routine maintenance,
routine maintenance items, minor adjustment and components considered normal wear item are not
covered by this warranty. Examples of routine maintenance and wear item include but are not
limited to: Gaskets, seals, fluids, filters, hoses, and O
-
rings.
Only written claims received within 30 days from the date the parts were determined defective shall
be honored. Claims received after 30 days will be denied based on not being submitted in a timely
manner. All claims must be complete and submitted on a current SPYDERCRANE approved
warranty form. Only one failure may be reported per warranty form. All maintenance, wear, repair
and replacement parts used during the warranty period must be genuine parts from the
manufacturer or SPYDERCRANE.
SPYDERCRANE reserves the right to request defective parts back, within 90 days receiving the
original claim, for inspection before approving any warranty claims. No parts may be returned
without prior written consent from SPYDERCRANE. All requested parts approved for return must
be accompanied by a copy of the warranty claim and a complete description of the failure, and must
be received within 14 days of SPYDERCRANE

s request.
Appeals for each warranty request must be within 30 days from the original SPYDERCRANE
warranty decision date. After this time, all decisions are final.
The warranty from all products, components and accessories not manufactured by FURUKAWA
UNIC, manufacturer of SPYDERCRANE mini
-
cranes, is limited to the warranty offered by the
manufacturer of those items. Any claims against these items must be made with the manufacturer of
those items.
