Set the behavior when the number of storage data items reaches the upper limit.
ON
Returns to the top and updates data, overwriting with the new data.
OFF
Storage stops at the point that the upper limit value is reached.
The storage target automatically changes to "OFF".
Pause
When the storage start condition is met, storage starts up to the limit and hold
until the start condition is met and so on.
Once after storing up to the limit, it overwrite with new data.
