Description of Functions
Torque control function
The followings are descriptions of function codes for torque control (speed sensor and speed sensorless).
F6101
Torque command selection
The function to select the setting method of torque command during torque control. During selection of motor control
mode, it is effective when torque control is set (F1001=4 or 5).

● When F6101=1, it is the values set on operation panel (F6102).
● When F6101=2, 4, 6, it will be set by the input values of control circuit terminals VIF1, VIF2 & VIF3 (0-5V).
● When F6101=3, 5, 7, it will be set by the input values of control circuit terminals VIF1, VIF2 & VIF3 (0-10V).
● When F6101= 8, 9, 10, it will be set by the input values of control circuit terminals VIF1, VIF2 & VIF3 (4-20mA).
● Then ON TREV signal of external input terminal (F1414-F1421 = 128), it assumes control by inverting the value of
torque command selected in the F6101.
Example) If set to F6101 = 1(Operation panel), F6102 = 50.0%,
When TREV signal is OFF, the torque command is +50.0%.
When TREV signal is ON, the torque command is -50.0%.

Please use a potentiometer of over 0.3W and 5kΩ.

2:
When torque command is set by potentiometer, please set gain torque command with a scope of about 10% for the
actual torque command (F6108, F6110 and F6112).
Example) With the VIF1 input, when set with a potentiometer from 0 to 100%, please set F6108=110%.

● The setting value is a ratio related to rated torque.
● The rated torque of the motor is automatically calculated from motor capacity (set by F5001) and rated speed.
