8.4.2 | Functions of the VSC instrument
Depending on the selected mode, different functions placed on different keys are available.
display will automatically switch back to the layer with the
functions of the
VSC instrument.
NOTE - If you have selected the 4-channel option
( 4 Ch ) of the Mode button/key (2) available in Surround
modes (see below), the Input Select button/key has no
function.
Vectorscope functions in Surround modes
• Input Select
(Button/key 1)
Selecting this function displays an additional menu for
selecting the channel pairs as inputs for the two-channel
stereo vectorscope.
Depending on the selected surround mode the number
of buttons/keys with the different channel combinations
varies. If there are more than 7 channel pairs, press the
MORE button/key for a second layer with the other chan-
nel pairs. When you have made a selection the Toolbar
