Planetary gearing (applies to all 3 axles)
The first oil change is required after 50 operating hours, further oil changes must be
performed annually.
ATTENTION
For 6-row machines with 45 cm or 50 cm clearance:
The "lifting only" distance (without idling and turning) for 1000 ha at 6x45 cm row dis-
tance is 3700 km! The total distance is approx. 5000 km.
Above a harvesting area of 1000 ha/year we recommend changing the oil in the plane-
tary gears after half of the harvesting season!
Please use high-quality oil. Use the best quality oil rather than oil that just meets the
quality requirements. Economising here is saving at the wrong place.
Park the machine so that the respective wheel is sitting as shown in the illustration.

DANGER
Injury hazard!
Hazard to life due to moving machine parts.
– Before oil change, each time stop the machine and switch off the engine.
– The machine must be secured against inadvertent starting of the engine.
– All maintenance and repair work may only be performed by trained personnel.
WARNING
Hazard of hot oil emitting under pressure!
The oil of the planetary gears may become very hot and, due to heating up, may be
under some pressure.
