16-1. Removing the Cutter Unit (Rotary cutter : A3/Ledger machines only)

(1) Pull out the master making unit and switch off the machine power.

(2) Open the pressure plate, remove the following components.

- Master roll

- Master making cover front

- Write pulse motor assembly

- Load pulse motor assembly

- Cutter cover assembly

- Master loading guide

- Load roller

- Cutter guide assembly

- Write roller pulley

- Master stocker roller pulley

(3) Detach the cutter unit by unplugging the connectors (2 locations) and removing two shoulder screws.
