Imaging tab
The Imaging tab enables you to set the respective exposure duration and gain value for each
channel. The channel options depend on the connected instrument. QIAGEN offers QIAcuity One
in 2-plex and 5-plex version. QIAcuity Four and QIAcuity Eight offer 5-plex analysis. The following
table shows the available channels provided in each instrument.
Note : The instruments offer an exposure duration from 1–4000 ms and a gain value of 0 dB–40 dB.
