To create a support package and save it on a USB drive, follow the steps below.

On the toolbar, tap

Tools

Tap

Data Management

Connect a USB drive to the instrument. Wait for the device to detect the USB drive. A
notification is displayed once the drive is connected.

In the Support Package pane, Select

Download to USB drive

To set the timeframe of the support package, tap

Set timeframe

. The default timeframe is

the last two weeks.

Tap the applicable option for your preferred timeframe.
