Categories – names of channels
Group – identifier of channels from the Categories column, which are positive (+) and
negative (−)
Count – number of valid partitions in a certain group
Total – total number of valid partitions in a well
Volume – cycled volume in a well (in microliters). Value is corrected by VPF if it is applied.

Note
: The amount of valid partitions may differ from list view because, for multi-occupancy output,
only valid partitions across all selected channels are used as valid, whereas in list view, valid
partitions are defined per channel.
RFU values
If you want to export relative fluorescence units per partitions for selected wells, please follow the
instructions below.
1.
Select wells that you want to get results for.
2.
Click on the
Channels
tab, and select channels you are interested in.
3.
Click on the

option and select the
RFU values
option.
6.
Remember that data in CSV are structured as follows:
Well – identifier of well
Sample – identifier of sample
Channel – first letter of channel on which picture was taken
Cycled volume (µl) – well volume corrected by VPF
Threshold – threshold value
Partition – number by which a partition can be identified
