5.6 Accessing Reports
From the ‘Home’ screen of the Maxprep™ software, press the
Results
button to access
method reports and system maintenance reports. The ‘Results’ screen displays a listing of
the reports for the methods that have been run (Figure 42). You can filter reports by selecting
the buttons on the left side to view reports for runs completed
Today
,
This Month
, the past
Six Months
,
This Year
or
All
Maxprep™ Liquid Handler runs completed over the life of the
instrument. You can also use the
Method
,
System
or
All Types
buttons on the left side of the
screen to toggle between report types.
Select the column headers to sort the reports based on column contents. Select the desired
row to see a detailed view of the report data from that method run (Figure 43). Administrators
can delete records from the software by pressing the
X icon to the right of the desired report
row if the option to Allow Deletion of Results has been enabled in the software preferences
(see Section 4.3, Administrator Settings). Press the
Export All button to export all reports to a
designated drive location in tab-delimited text format as well as .pdf and Excel
®
format as
specified by the Administrator (see Section 4.3, Administrator Settings).

of the screen will filter the reports displayed based on their run date.
