Appendix: Configuring the PC
11.10 Adding a Network Printer
From the Maxprep™ software, you can print reports using a network printer. The printer you
wish to use with the Maxprep™ software needs to be located on your network, and the PC
should be connected to your network.
Note:
Consult your site IT department when connecting to a network printer.
1. Close the Maxprep™ software if it is open. Click the
X
in the upper left corner of the screen,
and then confirm that you want to exit.
2. From the ‘Desktop’ screen, click the
Start
button on the left side of the Task bar.
3. Click the
Settings
button to open the ‘Windows
®
Settings’ screen (Figure 69).
