Once the bar code is correctly entered and the desired method or variant has been selected,
press the
Proceed button to display the ‘Method Run’ screen (Figure 33). The name of the
selected method is shown in the title bar of the ‘Method Run’ screen. Summary information for
the method is displayed on the left side of the screen. To start the run, close the door of the
Maxprep™ Liquid Handler and press the
Run button. If the Administrator has chosen to enforce
maintenance on the system, a warning will be displayed if a maintenance run has not been
performed prior to starting a method run.
