Defines a tolerance range around the entrance
window for the target position (parameter
0x1F0007A4) to maintain the on-target signal
after motion. The on-target signal is no longer
output and an attempt is made to approach the
target position again only when the current
position is so far away from the target position
that it lies outside the exit window.
