Description:
Unit symbol.
For example, the unit symbol is "mm" if the factor for the counts per
physical unit of length is set with parameters 0xE and 0xF so that
the encoder counts are converted into millimeters. The unit symbol
for rotation stages is normally "deg".
Examples:
