3.5.2. CENTER Mode
In the CENTER trigger mode, the camera records the target event in the same number
of frames before and after the trigger. It is useful when you are interested in the scenes
of before and after a particular event. If your camera has a recording capacity of two
seconds, the camera records the scenes in the same number of frames (1024 frames –
one second each) before and after the trigger as shown below.
Recording in CENTER Mode
Follow the below procedure to record in the CENTER mode.
1. Following Section 3.5, make sure that the camera is in the LIVE mode, and select
the CENTER trigger mode.
2. Press the REC READY key on the keypad. The camera is now in the READY
mode. Make sure that the [LIVE] indication on the screen has changed to
[READY].
3. Press the REC key on the keypad when your target event is expected to take place
very soon. Note the indication on the screen has turned to [ENDLESS] showing
that the camera is now recording the image of the target subject in the memory
going around from end to end repeatedly.
4. At the moment you have seen your interested event has taken place, press the
REC key again. The camera stops, having recorded the scenes before and after
the event in the same number of frames. Note that the mode indication on the
screen has turned from [ENDLESS] to [REC] to [LIVE].
