5.1.3.1. Connecting between FASTCAM-APXRS and PC

Connection of a LAN cable to the FASTCAM-APX RS camera processor is shown
below:

Connect the LAN cable

to the connector.

5.1.3.2. Dustproof shell and cap (optional)

Dustproof shells and cap for Giga Bit Ethernet interface Connector are optionally
available. With a dustproof shell and cap installed on the LAN cable and
FASTCAM-APX RS as shown below, the system will be added with antidust capability.

Note: When installing a shell, align the relative position of the shell’s largest positioning
pin to the positioning pin on the LAN cable connector, as hown below.
Refer to the instruction manual attached to the dustproof shell for installation.
