turning OFF and ON the scanner?
Press power button of the scanner for more than 2 seconds to
turn it OFF, and after more than 2 seconds elapse, press the
power button to turn the scanner ON.

It seems the installed Panel PCA has
been used in other scanner before and it
may be faulty one. Replace it with the
new Panel PCA.
If the EEPROM data is saved, replace the Panel PCA with new
one, and run Maintenance mode #7 by referring to
Section
5-1-8
