Storing a Method

METHOD EDIT SCREEN

Press F6
from within the Method Edit Screen. The Save Method Screen appears
prompting you to save changes to the method or to save the method with a new method
name and number.
STOR
Press F6
to save the method with a new method name and number. The second
Save Method Screen appears.
SVAS
The message line indicating “Save Method As” prompts you for the method number. The
highlighted number that appears corresponds to the next available method number (1 -
20).
Press the
key to accept the method number shown, or use the numeric keys to
type in a new value and then press
.

SECOND SAVE METHOD SCREEN
The message line indicating “Name Method” prompts you select Yes or No to name the
method. If you select Yes, the detector displays the Name Method screen. Use the cur-
sor arrow key to highlight a letter, then press the
softkey to select the letter.
Repeat this step to select other letters. If you make a mistake, you can press the
softkey to delete the letters. When you are finished, press the
key.
