Custard Sauce
Dish: 1 litre (2 pt) jug
2 eggs
50g (2oz) caster sugar
275ml (
1/2
pt) milk
5ml (1tsp) vanilla essence
Beat eggs with sugar and then add milk and vanilla. Place jug on base of oven and cook
on
HIGH MICROWAVE
for 2 mins. Stir. Continue to cook on
HIGH MICROWAVE
for 30
secs at a time, keep stirring well, until the sauce coats the back of a spoon.
