CHECK NG OUT: Check NG output
• These outputs are available when the following functions are configured. This is One-shot output. *1
• When the link control function with the image checker is configured:
Check results by the linked image checker, such as a camera or a code reader are output.
• CHECK OK OUT: Output when the check result is positive
• CHECK NG OUT: Output when the check result is negative
• When TARGET DETECTION IN (X7) is used:
According to the ON/OFF state of TARGET DETECTION IN (X7), CHECK OK OUT (No.34) or CHECK NG
OUT (No.35) turns on for one-shot time after the trigger processing (lasing) operation.
• CHECK OK OUT: Output when TARGET DETECTION IN (X7) turns ON for more than 1ms during
lasing operation.
• CHECK NG OUT: Output when TARGET DETECTION IN (X7) did not turn ON during lasing operation.

• When multiple functions that use the CHECK OK OUT/CHECK NG OUT terminals are used at the
same time, CHECK OK OUT is output on condition that all the functions are judged OK.

TIMING WAIT OUT: Timing wait output
This is the terminal you will use when the link control function with the image checker is configured.
This terminal turns ON when the laser marker enters into the link function operation trigger (TIMING IN)
standby state.
Input TIMING IN (No.24) after making sure that this terminal is turned ON.

SCRIPTING OUT: Scripting output
This is the terminal you will use when the link control function with the image checker is configured.
This terminal turns ON while executing scripting (laser marker's internal processing to perform the link control
of the external devices) upon receiving TRIGGER IN (X5). The output time of SCRIPTING OUT does not
include the laser radiation time.

DATA WAIT OUT
When using either of the following functions, this terminal turns ON to notify the waiting status of the data
input. Confirm this output is ON and then input the corresponding data.
• Characters specified by SIN command: Waiting for character input by SIN command
• External offset function with “Using SEO command” : Waiting for marking position input by SEO command
• Registered characters via I/O: Waiting for registered characters input and SET IN (No.2) by I/O
• External offset function: Waiting for marking position input and SET IN (No.2) by I/O

• After inputting the required data, this output turns OFF and then READY OUT (Y5) turns ON.

SHUTTER OPEN OUT
Output ON during internal shutter of the head is open.
There is a delay time of around 200ms to max. 1 second from turning ON/OFF of SHUTTER IN (X8) to
turning ON/OFF of SHUTTER OPEN OUT.

• To monitor the shutter operation for the safety control system, use SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT (Y8) and
SHUTTER CLOSE 2 OUT (Y9).
• The output timing of SHUTTER OPEN OUT (No.39), SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT (Y8) and SHUTTER
CLOSE 2 OUT (Y9) has a margin of error.
