11. Loosen the securing screw on the robot chassis and lower the chassis down flat.
12. Remove the cable strap plate by removing two screws and split washers. See the fol-
lowing figure. This allows the harness to move when you lift the J1 cover in the next
step. Retain the screws for re-assembly.

13. Remove the four screws from the Joint 1 cover. Retain the screws for re-assembly.
