Define colour mapping
Colour mapping is a function that
maps
(transforms) one or more source colour values into
different target colour values. Colour mapping is applied during the job RIP process. Colour
mapping also applies colour bars and information bars.
You add one or more colour mappings to a
colour mapping group
. A colour mapping group
allows you to bundle colour mappings. You can save the colour mapping group in a colour preset
or select another colour mapping group in the job properties. Therefore, you first indicate that
you want to use spot colour matching.
