Margin shift is possible for 1-sided or 2-sided documents. The information on
the front and back of the print is always shifted away from the binding edge of
the print.
When you print a document, the 'Document type' must be defined correctly (for
a standard paper size in readable direction in the automatic document feeder or
if the print document type is the same as the original document type, this is
defined automatically).
The form of a document can be booklet form or a calendar form. This form
defines the binding edge and orientation of the information. The figure below
shows the orientation and the binding edge for different documents.
