Océ VarioPrint 2105 Job manual

Scan-to-file jobs on the Océ VarioPrint 2105

Introduction

The scan-to-file function of the Océ VarioPrint 2105 provides a method to
convert the image information on paper to a digital format. The Océ VarioPrint
2105 uploads the generated file to a scan server.

In order to control the generated scan file stored in a server directory, perform
the following tasks:

■

Convert the file into another format

■

Print the file

■

Archive the file.

The Océ VarioPrint 2105 supports the Adobe® Portable Document Format
(PDF) and the TIFF format for the scan jobs.

The Océ JobsubmitIT application and the Océ DocWorks application allow
you to manage and process the scanned files. Océ DocWorks offers advanced
media programming that allows you to process the scanned files page for page.
