Edit a mailbox job
Introduction
When you start a job from the mailbox, a copy of the mailbox job is created in
the job queue. You can change the settings of that job (only possible if you
select a single job). The changes you make are not applied to the job in the
mailbox. They are applied to the new job in the job queue.
Options
You can change the following settings for the jobs in the mailbox.

Number of copies
■
1-sided or 2-sided
■
'Sort' (by set or by page)
■
'Staple'
■
'Offset stacked'
■
'Destination'
■
'Document type'

You can change the 'Document type' only for changing the position of a
single staple (landscape and portrait). A change in the layout is not
applicable, although the feedback may suggest that rotation is applied.
Note:
When you select more than one job in the mailbox, the 'Edit' key is
disabled. You cannot edit more than one job at a time.
