Bundle printing
Introduction
There is a difference between bundle printing and the usual printing from the
mailbox. The difference is the order in which the system prints the documents.
For bundle printing, the most recent job is printed first. This means that the
oldest document, which is scanned first, is on top of the pack when you remove
the pack from the finisher.
The function 'Move to mailbox' offers the following options in combination
with bundle printing.

You can combine documents from the 'Network mailbox' and the 'Local
mailbox' into 1 bundle print job.
■
You can use 'Move to mailbox' after you change a setting in the job editor,
for example if for a job in the mailbox no staples were defined.
Note:
The easiest way to use bundle printing is to make sure that you define the
use of 1 or 2 staples when you prepare the jobs.
When to do
Use bundle printing when you want to combine subsets into one document in
which all subsets are stapled separately.
Before you begin

Open the 'System manager' and select 'Workflow'.

Check the following settings to make sure that other jobs do not interfere with
the bundle print job.

'Automatic printing' must be set to 'Stop'. Otherwise, if 'Automatic printing'
is set to 'Continue', new automatic print jobs can be printed during the
bundle print job. When 'Automatic printing' is set to 'Stop', you prevent that
new jobs accidentally end up in the bundle print job.
■
'Processing' must be set to 'Keep sequence'. If 'Keep going' is set, the system
will start to print other jobs, in case one of the subsets in the bundle print
job has a start contradiction.
